Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine is an industrial manufacturing machine used to produce hollow plastic parts such as bottles, containers, cans, and drums.
It works by melting plastic resin and extruding it into a molten tube known as a parison. The parison is clamped inside a mold and expanded using compressed air to take the shape of the mold.
Once the desired shape is formed, the plastic is cooled and solidified before being ejected.
Process Stages:
• Extrusion: Plastic resin is melted and extruded into a parison.
• Blow Molding: Air is blown inside to expand the parison to mold shape.
• Cooling: Molded product is cooled and removed.
The machine is widely used in the manufacturing of bottles, jerry cans, drums, automotive parts, toys, and household plastic items.
